New A-League franchise Western Sydney Wanderers are waiting on a reply from Michael Ballack in regards to a contract.
A-League season, have made an offer to the former Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen midfielder with executive chairman Lyall Gorman confirming that they are now awaiting a response.
"Everything is still on the table," Gorman said regarding the ex-Germany captain.
"We're flattered by the attention we received from agents and overseas players in relation to interest in joining our club.
"And there's no doubt, no denying that Ballack is one of those who has been put on the table."
Ballack is a free agent after leaving Leverkusen at the end of last season and is believed to be considering the offer laid down by the Wanderers who kick off their A-League campaign with a home fixture against Central Coast Mariners on October 6.
