West Ham United are ready to re-sign Radoslav Kovac on loan from Spartak Moscow.

The 29-year-old Czech Republic midfielder spent the second half of last season at Upton Park but the Hammers decided against taking a £4m option to make the deal permanent, says the Daily Mail.

However, Gianfranco Zola is keen on agreeing another six-month loan, but faces competition from Blackburn Rovers and Fenerbahce.
