West Ham United have reportedly made it clear to any interested clubs that they are not willing to sell Dimitri Payet at any price.
According to a report in the Daily Mirror, the East London club are adamant that the 29-year-old playmaker will not be sold as an enormous buzz continues to swirl around him.
Chelsea are believed to be showing significant interest in Payet but have been told by the Hammers that the former Marseille ace is 'priceless' and will not be going anywhere this summer.
Payet starred for France in their opening Euro2016 match, providing an assist for Olivier Giroud's opening goal, before producing a stunning left-footed strike to help Les Bleus secure a 2-1 win over Romania on Friday night.
