West Ham United star Felipe Anderson has jetted into Italy for a medical with Lazio.
The 28-year-old, who arrived at the Hammers from Lazio in 2018, failed to make the grade at the London club.
Anderson is now set to sign permanently for the Italian club.
The source claims that Lazio will only pay the Hammers £4 million for the player, but will have to agree to a 50 percent sell-on clause.
Lazio confirmed the move on their official account, tweeting "Nice to see you in Rome again, @F_Andersoon," along with a photograph of the player.
