West Ham skipper Nolan: We must keep quiet Arsenal's Ramsey

West Ham United captain Kevin Nolan admits they must keep quiet Arsenal ace Aaron Ramsey today.

Nolan is back for the match after a three-match suspension.

"Aaron Ramsey's been on fire and we're just hoping that when it comes round they might be a bit fatigued, they've played a lot of games and with us being at home there's not much pressure on us. Hopefully the fans will get behind us and we can cause an upset, which we all firmly believe we can," he told whufc.com.

"We all firmly believe it's just around the corner, we've got to continue to believe because we feel with the squad we've got in that dressing room that we're not showing our true potential at this moment in time. It's down to us and through hard work, determination and by sticking together, we'll get ourselves out of it."
