West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is preparing a January bid for Heerenveen striker Alfred Finnbogason.
Allardyce is determined to find a quality centre-forward signing for the winter market and has settled on Iceland international Finnbogason as his priority.
Finnbogason recently changed agents as he prepares to leave Heerenveen for a bigger stage.
Along with the Hammers, Aston Villa and Newcastle United are also interested in the striker.
