West Ham United are willing to discuss a swap deal with Manchester City for captain Declan Rice.
Football Insider says the Hammers are open to a player-plus-cash deal in the summer, with Kalvin Phillips going the other way.
Rice looks set to leave West Ham with his contract expiring in the summer of 2024 with an option for an additional year.
West Ham were keen on Phillips last January.
The likes of Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United are also keen on England mainstay Rice.
