West Ham United are eyeing Brest fullback Bradley Locko.

Foot Mercato says West Ham have opened talks with Brest in the last 24 hours for the defender.

West Ham wish to sign Locko now and loan him back to Brest for the remainder of the season.

Olympique Marseille have also made an attempt, but talks stalled last week - which opened the door for West Ham's intervention.

Locko joined Brest a year ago from Reims and has been an ever-present this season.
