West Ham United have made the biggest contract offer to released Chelsea winger Joe Cole.
The Daily Mail says clubs have been staggered by the price Cole appears to have put on his own head.
According to sources, the best offer Cole has so far - close to six figures a week - comes from the club where he started, West Ham.
