Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal have swooped to sign Kader Mangane after his proposed move to West Ham United fell over.
The 29-year old Senegalese centre-back was set to join the Hammers but the demands of his agent changed the minds of the East Londoners with Al Hilal securing the services of the former Neuchatel Xamax, Lens and Rennes man who was disappointed not be moving to England.
"I am disappointed not to join West Ham," he told Sky Sports.
"I really thought the deal would happen until the last minute.
"It is unfortunate for me but you never know and my ambition is to play in the Premier League."
