West Ham United star Declan Rice was given a personal honor this week for his European performances.

The Hammers captain starred as the London outfit won the Conference League title on Wednesday.

After they beat Fiorentina 2-1 to lift the trophy, Rice was named the Europa Conference League Player of the Season.

The team of the season for the competition included players from West Ham, Fiorentina and Basel.

Rice was joined on the team by Michail Antonio, Alphonse Areola, Nayef Aguerd, Paquetá and Jarrod Bowen from the Hammers.

The London club won their first trophy in more than four decades thanks to Bowen's last minute winner against Fiorentina.
