West Ham midfielder Felipe Anderson admits Marko Arnautovic is a genuine locker room leader.

Arnautovic is again being linked with a move away, despite penning a new deal in February.

"Arnautovic (is the strongest team-mate), he likes to play and laugh but he has a strong personality," Anderson told Soccer AM.

“He's strong and tough in every sense and he's one of the team leaders.

“He likes to joke a lot with us and always spreads happiness across the changing room.

“He does his best to smile when he is with us but there comes a time when he needs to be serious, and he does that.

“He talks with the young players to try to make them feel part of the squad."
