West Ham United management are delighted with the progress of American whizkid Djair Parfitt-Williams.

Parfitt-Williams shone in the U18's draw with Blackburn Rovers.

Hammers U18 coach Steve Potts said of the former San Jose Earthquakes Academy player: "[Djair] had a brilliant game. His technical ability is fantastic and he showed it by being involved in all three goals. I asked him to do a job and role and I think he did it to the letter."
