Arsenal striker Carlos Vela is set to join West Ham on loan next season.
The 20-year-old striker has been unable to command a regular place at Arsenal after loan spells in Spain with Celta Vigo, Salamanca and Osasuna.
Now Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to let him go to Upton Park on a temporary, season-long basis.
