West Ham United women's manager Julian Dicks insists he has no interest in managing in the Premier League.
As Sam Allardyce's future at Upton Park remains in doubt, plenty of speculation has enveloped the east London club regarding who may replace the 60-year old.
One name that has popped up is former defender Dicks but he insists he is content being in charge of the Hammers ladies rather than dealing with the enormous personalities involved in the men's game.
"I look at certain players now with their egos and attitudes and for me that's not what I'm about," he told the Daily Mail.
"Some of them don't have any time for supporters and for me that's wrong.
"I know a lot has changed within the game now but, if I'm honest, I'm not sure I really want to get back involved in men's football."
