West Ham United are eyeing Sunderland winger Emanuele Giaccherini.
Panorama says West Ham have discussed swooping for the Italy international with managerial candidate Massimiliano Allegri.
London-based Allegri has held talks with the Hammers about succeeding Sam Allardyce over the summer.
Transfer plans have also been discussed, with Allegri recommending Giaccherini's signing.
