West Ham United boss Avram Grant is adamant everything will improve once they manage that breakthrough win.
The Hammers were held to a draw by Blackpool on Saturday.
Grant, who takes his men to Liverpool next weekend, said: "When you have one win from 13 games you think everything is not good, so it is very strange to analyse this situation.
"You need that first win. After this, we will win. We are doing everything, but sometimes when you don't win it gets harder and harder.
"Of course it's also a psychological thing, but when you have big psychological problems you can't perform like we did.
"We need to improve, but we did good things and I believe that if we continue to do the right things, we will win games."
