West Ham United have expressed an interest in signing Inter Milan defender Andrea Ranocchia.
The Italian is keen on a move back to the Premier League after spending last season on loan with Hull City.
The Tigers want Ranocchia to return, but they are being challenged by a number of Premier League clubs.
Huddersfield, Newcastle and West Bromwich Albion have all shown interest in signing the 29-year old.
And now, according to Corriere dello Sport, the Hammers have thrown their hat in the ring for Ranocchia's signature.
