West Ham United striker Diafra Sakho was taken to hospital after victory over Manchester City.
The People says Sakho was taken to hospital on Saturday night after colliding with Manchester City keeper Joe Hart late on in the Hammers' 2-1 win.
Sakho, who scored the Irons' second goal in the match , was helped off after clashing with Hart in the 88th minute and taken to hospital to assess whether he had damaged a shoulder or his collarbone.
The strike was Sakho's sixth goal in as many games.
