West Ham United academy chief Terry Westley expects Lewis Page to move out on-loan next season.
Westley is pleased with Page's progress this season.
He told whufc.com: "Left-back Lewis Page caught my eye as an attacking, aggressive left-back soon after I arrived at the Club last summer. He is a modern player, which we are all looking for.
"Lewis needed more confidence and we have given him that by extending his contract. He knows we believe in him and he has started to blossom as a result, training regularly with the first team.
"Next season, I would expect Lewis to go out on loan and play league football and continue his development. He has made great strides this year."
