West Ham fullback Aaron Cresswell: Bournemouth draw a fair result

West Ham fullback Aaron Cresswell felt their 2-2 draw at Bournemouth was fair result.

The Hammers and the Cherries split the game's four goals between them, with Andriy Yarmolenko and Cresswell on target for the visitors, either side of Josh King's and Callum Wilson's strikes.

“It was two good teams going head-to-head and the game was certainly open with plenty of chances at both ends," Cresswell said. "A draw is most probably a fair result.

“I think in the circumstances we'll take a point. They had a good spell in the game in the second half, and then so did we and a point away from home is not a bad result.

“It's another game without defeat, and [keeping that run going] is what we want to do.

“We want to improve on the season we had last year. We didn't start well then, but finished well and we've continued that into this season. Hopefully that can continue."
