West Ham United captain Kevin Nolan rates Chelsea as Premier League title favourites.
Nolan believes Jose Mourinho return will prove decisive in this season's title battle.
"It's really hard to look beyond Jose Mourinho back at Chelsea. The two Manchester clubs have new men at the helm. It could take time for Manuel Pellegrini to settle in at City and it's a tough job for David Moyes, following in the footsteps of the great man at Old Trafford. It could change if Manchester United sign a couple of top names but at the moment I think Mourinho is the man to take the title back to Chelsea" Nolan told the London Evening Standard.
