West Ham United boss David Moyes is weighing up dealing in Jesse Lingard.

The former Manchester United midfielder is a free agent after coming off contract at Nottingham Forest this summer.

Lingard has been training with West Ham.

And the Guardian says Moyes is seriously considering handing the midfielder a short-term contract.

For his part, Lingard would jump at the chance of re-signing for West Ham after a successful loan two years ago.
