West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is delighted with Joey O'Brien's form this season.
O'Brien represents a prime example of how Allardyce has been able to get the best out of his players so far this season.
"I've always said if you can get yourself into the box it doesn't matter who you are or what position you play in - if you buy the ticket you might get the goal and Joey bought the ticket and got the goal for us," Allardyce said.
"The full-backs played well. They both got into wide positions and got in behind Stoke's defence, which is very hard to beat if you look at their defensive record. They are a stubborn unit."
