West Ham United will know more about the injury sustained by Diafra Sakho in the coming days.
According to reports, the Hammers will send the Senegalese striker for scans on Wednesday before learning the extent of the thigh problem he suffered against West Bromwich Albion on the weekend.
Sakho had missed a month with a similar injury prior to the Sunday setback and it is now feared that the 25-year-old, who has scored three goals this season, could be out of action for up to three months.
Slaven Bilic already has some issues up front with Dimitri Payet and Enner Valencia already out injured and the likely absence of Sakho is almost certain to force the East Londoners into the winter transfer market for a new attacker.
