Pescara and Libya international midfielder Ahmad Benali is currently in the middle of bidding war between West Ham and Southampton.

The former Manchester City youth product has appeared 32 times and scored six goals in the Serie A this season.

Despite interest from other Italian clubs such as Atalanta, Genoa and Bologna, it is reported that Benali wishes to return to his country of birth.

Benali's spent his traineeship with City and has admitted he love to get the opportunity to play against them at the Etihad.
