West Ham United have activated the £26million release clause for AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca, according to Sky Sports.
The London club are now set to meet the player's representatives this week in order to discuss personal terms.
If the Hammers manage to convince the Colombia international to move to Olympic Stadium, he will become the most expensive player in the club's history.
The 29-year-old, who joined AC Milan from Sevilla last season, scored 20 goals in 42 appearances in his debut season with the Serie A club.
