West Ham have accepted an offer from Alaves for Lucas Perez.

Alaves' €2.3m proposal has been accepted by the Hammers, though Perez is yet to agree to the move.

The striker knows Real Betis are also interested and is waiting for them to formalise their plans before making a final choice.

Perez left Arsenal last summer for the Hammers, scoring three goals in 15 games this past season.

He joined the Gunners two years ago from Deportivo La Coruna.
