Mariano Pavone is favouring a move to the English Premier League according to a source close to the player.
The Atletico Lanus striker is being targeted by West Bromwich Albion, with some unnamed clubs also circling, and is also wanted by Al Wasl manager Diego Maradona.
But the source told Sky Sports that the 29-year old Argentine is keen to try his luck in England's top flight.
"The chance to play in England is too much of an attraction for Mariano to turn down and he is hopeful that a deal will soon be done," the source said.
