West Bromwich Albion boss Alan Irvine remains keen on West Ham United winger Matt Jarvis.
The People says the Scot is on the lookout for two new widemen before the summer market shuts.
The Baggies are willing to go as high as £7.5 million for Jarvis, who moved to Upton Park two years ago.
A bid from Albion is expected to be lodged this week.
Last week, Hammers boss Sam Allardyce said bluntly: "Matt Jarvis will not be leaving us."
