West Bromwich Albion have sent midfielder Scott Allan away on-loan.
The young Scot has joined Portsmouth after they were cleared to make loan signings.
Portsmouth have agreed a deal for Allan, who joined from Dundee United in January, as they have injuries and the Football League will allow them to make loan signings because they have fewer than 14 fit players.
