The Baggies midfielder allegedly used abusive language towards a match official in the tunnel after his side lost 2-0 to Aston Villa in the FA Cup quarter-final at Villa Park.

"West Bromwich Albion's Chris Brunt has been charged following the FA Cup quarter-final tie against Aston Villa on Saturday 7 March 2015," read a FA statement.
