West Brom are ready to offer £2 million for Tottenham midfielder Adel Taarabt.

The 19-year-old has made eight appearances for Spurs in the last two years since joining from French club Lens but was not even given a squad number by manager Juande Ramos at the start of this season.

New boss Harry Redknapp has restored Taarabt to the first-team squad and the Baggies - who have netted just ten Premier League goals this term - could see the French Moroccan as the answer to their problems, according to the Mirror.
