West Bromwich Albion midfielder Chris Brunt has been hit with an FA charge after their FA Cup defeat at Aston Villa.

Brunt has been hit with an FA charge for a tunnel bust-up with a match official after Saturday's controversial defeat to Aston Villa.

The 30-year-old has been accused of using abusive and/or insulting words and/or behaviour. West Midlands police revealed yesterday that three men had been charged as a result of incidents on Saturday.

Villa's 2-0 was marred by two pitch invasions.
