West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Ben Foster has welcomed the appointment of new manager Tony Pulis.

Foster worked for Pulis at Stoke City.

After their draw with West Ham United, Foster said: "I've worked with Tony before. I was at Stoke when I was a young lad and so I know a lot about him. He is great at geeing the lads up.

"He didn't say a lot today but what he did say sunk in. I think the lads appreciated getting a chance to see what he is like."
