West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Ben Foster admits Tony Pulis spoke to the players at halftime of their 1-1 draw with West Ham United.
Foster revealed Pulis gave a talk to the players at half-time and after the final whistle where he emphasised the need for Albion to be more positive in their play.
"He was very respectful," Foster said. "He let Rob (Kelly), Keith (Downing) and Dean (Kiely) do pretty much most of the preparation, the pre-match team-talk.
"Tony came down at half-time and gave a little talk to the lads and I think we appreciated that. He got his point across, what he wanted to say and at full-time.
"It was just about being a little bit more optimistic really.
"At the end there we had five or six men forward, we got into good positions and we didn't really look like we wanted to go for it and score the goal.
"That's what he is about. He wants us to turn these draws into wins and losses into draws."
