West Bromwich Albion manager Alan Irvine has admitted interest in Georgios Samaras.
The Greek forward is a free agent after leaving Celtic earlier this summer and is wanted by the Baggies but he is yet to decide on his future as he is also wanted by clubs such as Malaga, Sevilla and Lokomotiv Moscow.
"He's a player we're aware of. We have enquired about him. Nothing is done as far as he's concerned," said Albion boss Irvine.
"We have some lists that have been extremely long at times and then they have got shorter and then got longer again."
Former Manchester City man Samaras netted 73 goals in 249 appearances for Celtic during his seven-and-a-half-year stay in Glasgow.
