West Bromwich Albion are set to be among the biggest spenders during this month's transfer market.
The Daily Star Sunday says WBA will make £30 million available and Tony Pulis is now expected to target Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon, who would cost up to a third of his kitty for new signings.
And Pulis is also being linked with a reunion with his former Stoke striker Peter Crouch, 33.
The former Stoke and Crystal Palace boss agreed to succeed the sacked Alan Irvine after being assured he would have the final say on signings.
