West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino admits Alan Irvine inspired their two-goal comeback in the draw with Crystal Palace.

Palace were good value for a half-time lead but West Brom boss Irvine showed his nasty side and sparked a recovery.

Berahino rattle home the equaliser from the spot two minutes into added time and revealed Irvine hadn't held back with his team talk.

Berahino said: "A few words were said and the gaffer told us what he felt!"
