West Bromwich Albion defender Joleon Lescott says Craig Dawson deserves great credit for their turnaround.
The 24-year-old centre half has shown encouraging signs of a solid partnership with Lescott with two clean sheets in victories over Tottenham and Burnley.
"He has been here a long time," Lescott told the Birmingham Mail.
"I know he is only 24 but he plays with a lot of experience and he is a top professional. If I can help him in any way I will.
"He is still quite young and has a lot to learn, as do I - we are all learning every day. His main attribute is he wants to learn and if you've got that you will do well."
