West Bromwich Albion are set to name Pepe Mel as new manager.
The Telegraph says the 50-year-old has been interviewed twice by the Albion hierarchy and is set to agree an 18-month deal after their game at West Ham United on Saturday.
Mel, the former Real Betis manager, is understood to have watched Albion's draw at Tottenham and is poised for further talks on Friday.
