West Bromwich Albion boss Pepe Mel plans to go back to Real Betis for a defensive reinforcement.
Diario de Sevilla says Mel will return to his former club Real Betis to sign one-time Wigan defender Antonio Amaya on a Bosman this summer.
He also worked with him at Rayo Vallecano.
Mel will make his Premier League debut tonight against Everton.
