West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson wants to see Graham Dorrans show him what he can do.
The Scot is set for a run of games to the end of the season.
Hodgson told the WBA website: "He's a very talented player.
"His season, like the one before, has to some extent been punctuated by injuries. Sometimes quite small ones, which have kept him out for a week or ten days, but then the team has done well in his absence, which has pushed him back a further few weeks.
"Now he's got a chance, if he continues to do well, to keep in the team between now and the end of the season. I would be very happy to see him do that.
"But, of course, it is up to him."
