West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke is prepared to send Saido Berahino back to Peterborough United once he's recovered from injury.

The 19-year-old chipped a bone in his knee while on loan at London Road in November after scoring twice in a promising ten-game spell.

Clarke said: "Saido is still injured so until we get him fit we can't say too much. I don't think his injury is that straightforward.

"When he comes out of the treatment room we will have a chat and decide whether he should go back and play for Darren (Ferguson)."
