West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke feels Liverpool still have some way to go to challenge the best.
As the Scot makes his first return back to Anfield today, he claims it will take time for opposite number Brendan Rodgers to bring the good times back to the Kop.
Clarke said: "At the moment you can say they're not a great team because they're not in the top four.
"But you can't say they're not a great club because they are. No one in football thinks because you turn up at a great club, you're going to be a great team - you have to work at it."
