West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke says he has money to spend in January.
Clarke revealed there is cash available to bolster his squad next month.
The Scot said: "If the chairman Jeremy Peace, technical director Dan Ashworth and I decide we need to strengthen then we can do that."
