West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke fears George Thorne has suffered a serious knee injury.

During defeat at Everton, he was carried off with a knee injury in the first half and will be assessed today to discover the extent of the damage.

"Fingers crossed, but it doesn't look good," Clarke said.
