West Bromwich Albion have rejected yet another offer from Fulham for Jonathan Greening.

The Cottagers are desperate to land the Baggies captain but have been unable to do so, despite the fact Greening handed in a transfer request to leave The Hawthorns.

Fulham boss Roy Hodgson is still hopeful of luring the 30-year old to Craven Cottage.

"I am hoping that there may still be some dialogue between the clubs," Hodgson said.

"I do know that Jonathan will be very keen to join us and he will be a good addition to our squad with his experience and quality."
