West Bromwich Albion are closing in on Parma winger Jonathan Biabiany according to an Italian journalist.
Sky Italia reporter Gianluca Di Marzio wrote on his website that the Baggies are on the verge of securing a deal of around £4.8million for the 26-year old Frenchman.
Di Marzio wrote: "The Premier League is calling for Jonathan Biabiany. The French winger, born in 1988, has caught the attention of West Bromwich Albion who have tabled an offer to Parma consisting of 6 million Euro's, the deal has not been finalized but talks are at an advanced stage.
"New contacts will be made these coming days regarding a deal that can soon be closed taking Biabiany to The Baggies."
Biabiany kicked off his career with Inter Milan in 2007 and during his time there, spent time on loan with Chievo, Modena and Parma.
He joined Sampdoria on a permanent deal in 2011 but soon returned to Parma on loan before landing at the Stadio Ennio Tardini in the summer of 2012.
