Werder Bremen have signed Chelsea striker Claudio Pizarro.
The Peruvian hit-man, who played for Bremen between 1999 and 2001, spent last season on loan with the club and returns in a permanent deal.
Pizarro impressed for the Bundesliga outfit, scoring 17 goals en route to helping them finish 10th in the standings.
